Equipments

Equipment

Partec CyFlow Space

Service type: self-service or full-service?

Full-service

Comments

The equipment contains the 405 nm,488 nm and 635 nm lasers and seven channels for fluorescence detection. Based on the method of true volumetric absolute counting it is possible to analyze sample concentrations. The Partec particle and cell sorter serves as an optimized module for simplified cell sorting, possessing a sorting device that can be sterilized safely. For further details on the equipment, please visit the webpage http://www.cnbc.pt/services/flow_cytometry_2.asp.

Equipment

Becton Dickinson FACSCalibur

Service type: self-service or full-service?

Full-service

Comments

The FACSCalibur contains the 488 nm and 635 nm lasers. Three wavelengths are detected from the 488 nm laser, 530/30 nm, 585/42 nm and >670 nm. One wavelength is detected from the 635 nm laser, 661/16 nm. For further details on the equipment, please visit the webpage http://www.cnbc.pt/services/flow_cytometry_2.asp.
