Description of the Service Centre

The zebrafish model is used for the study of human genetic diseases such as, cancer, cardiovascular disorders, neurological diseases, inflammation, angiogenesis, muscle-associated diseases, osteoporosis and regenerative medicine. At IMM zebrafish facility we have two strains of wild type lines, two microinjectors and two fluorescent stereomicroscopes for all the researchers who want to perform animal research with this model.
