Excess of salt is a major concern of health ministry, as it has known impact on individuals’ health. The objective of this project is to develop a portable, easy to use device, that can be used in canteens and restaurants to control the amount of salt in meals. Development of a lab prototype. A Portugal2020 application was submitted with Evoleo.
